We are looking for a driven, mission-aligned individual to join our dynamically growing team in our Edinburgh-based office as a Marketing Manager.

Fellow Creatures make indulgent creamy plant-based milk-style and white chocolate you’ve ever tasted. Made using premium quality smooth Swiss chocolate, their bars are made from ethically sourced ingredients.
Created by young entrepreneur Zsolt Stefkovics: after becoming vegan, he wanted to recreate chocolates with creaminess and fun snacks we all remember from childhood.
With eye-catching packaging designs and a deliciously creamy texture, the products are far superior to the existing ‘free from’ brands on the market.
About the Role
At Fellow Creatures where no two days are the same, you will be responsible for a wide array of marketing and PR activities; raising brand awareness, growing our cult following and increasing engagement across platforms.
Essentially, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our portfolio of products.
Your tasks will include:
- Planning and writing weekly newsletters
- Writing SEO-enriched posts
- Maintain website copy
- Briefing or creating social media strategy to increase sales and engagement while monitoring and analysing content success
- Planning calendar and scheduling
- Social listening and community management
- Sourcing and negotiating brand partnerships
- Setting up social media giveaways
- Maintaining and managing our influencer/press database
- Writing press releases and liaising with media
- Driving traffic to our webshop
- Running ads on Facebook, AdWords, TikTok
- Generating innovative campaign ideas and concepts, working to launch them, and iterating on them to improve efficiency and lower acquisition costs
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and technology
- Oversee and manage marketing budget
- Content ideation and production
- Basic artworking
You MUST have:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Passion for working in a mission-driven start-up
- Enthusiasm for health foods/snacks/chocolate/plant-based lifestyle
- Social media management skills
- Copywriting skills; both long and short form
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Commercial awareness
- Strategic thinking
- Creativity
- A bright and clear communication style
- Great attention to detail and pride in what you do
- Great organisational skills

- Drive and self-motivation
